Universal
Values
We define twenty-five universal values as crucial for
improving the moral climate of our schools. These values and their derivatives
provide a means to focus goal setting in schools and communities. By choosing
values and prioritizing action steps, the moral and civil climate evolves. The
process becomes directed and owned by the participants! This is crucial to
making a difference in the lives of students and communities. |
